Supplier policies and information

Our supplier policies provide an overview of what we expect from you when we work together. You are agreeing to these policies and terms when you start working with us.

Purchase of goods/services

When we set you up as a supplier, we’ll need a copy of your official company details. This will allow us to pay you using our BACS method. We make undisputed payments within 30 days.

We'll either issue a purchase order or written contact when you supply goods or services.

Purchase orders

When we issue a purchase order, the transaction will be bound by our purchase order terms and conditions. The terms and conditions won’t apply if we’ve written a different agreement with you.

Purchase order terms and conditions

We use a purchase to pay (P2P) system that lets us raise purchase orders before goods are delivered or services are provided. You should only start work when we’ve provided you with a purchase order. If you don’t include a purchase order on your invoice, it will be returned to you unpaid.

Written contracts

We may arrange a written contract with you to manage our relationship. We may still raise purchase orders in line with our agreement.

Supplier assurance

Before entering into a relationship with a third party, we must conduct appropriate due diligence. The level of engagement will depend on the products/services that you supply.

We are a member of Hellios FSQS, a community of banks & building societies, who together define the due diligence question set that helps us remain compliant with Financial Services regulations. We expect all new suppliers to work with us through the Hellios FSQS scheme.

Whistleblowing policy

If you have any serious concerns about any aspect of our work, please let us know by following our whistleblowing process.
