Mortgages

• We only provide information and offers on our own mortgage products.
• We only offer mortgages for homes in England and Wales.
• You must be aged 18 or over to apply for a mortgage with us. Any application you make will be subject to an assessment of your financial standing and ability to afford a mortgage.
• You may wish to review your life cover and income protection insurance arrangements when taking out a mortgage. This is your decision, and no advice will be provided by us.
• Our commercial and business mortgages are not regulated by the FCA. Many buy to let mortgages are also not regulated by the FCA. We will let you know whether a mortgage is regulated.

Insurance

• We only provide information on general insurance products from providers we have a relationship with.  
• We will not provide you with any advice in relation to any insurance products as we are not authorised by our regulator to do so.

Savings

• We only provide information on our own savings products.
• We only offer savings accounts to UK residents or Crown employees (employed by the Government and serving overseas) or those married or in a civil partnership with a Crown employee.
• We have several types of savings accounts, with different rates and terms.
