Competitive pay and rewards


  • We're committed to remaining at or above the rate set by the Real Living Wage Foundation each year.

  • We review pay each year to make sure we're compensating everyone fairly, and in line with market rates.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to receive an annual bonus. 

  • We’ll match your pension contributions, up to 9% of your annual salary.

Work around your life


  • Where possible, opportunity to work flexibly from day 1 with no minimum office requirement.

  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

  • You'll also receive an extra day of annual leave for each year of service in your first 5 years.  

  • Choose to buy additional holiday days.

Family friendly policies


Colleagues who have worked for PBS for at least 6 months are entitled to:

  • 39 weeks fully paid maternity leave.

  • 20 week paternity leave. 

  • We also offer fertility treatment, adoption, surrogacy and fostering leave.

  • Flexibility for carers, including 5 days paid leave to support those with caring responsibilities.

Helping you live well


  • Get single cover Private Medical Insurance funded by us, with the option to include your partner and children at extra cost.

  • Claim money back for your eye tests and flu vaccinations. 

  • Receive life assurance cover of 4 times your basic salary, and critical illness cover of 1 times your salary with the option to flex up at extra cost.
