How to update your marketing preferences


You can let update your marketing preferences by:

Updating your email address

We can only use one email address for all of our communications. This email address must only be yours, and not jointly used by anyone else.

If you need to change this email address you will need to call us on 0330 333 4000.

You can update your preferences at any time. 

Instructions on how to update your preferences will be included in the communications we send you.

It can take up to 6 weeks for your preferences to be changed. You might still receive marketing communications the way you currently do until then.

Secure message

We’ll send you an email to let you know you have a secure message. You can read this secure message by logging into your online profile.

This message will let you know we’ve updated your personal details.

Please note: This confirmation is only available if changes are made through your online profile.

If you made your changes in branch or over the phone you can call us to check if your details have been updated.

In branch

Members can visit their local branch to check if their preferences have been updated. 

We limit the number of communications we send. You should receive no more than 1 marketing communication every 4 weeks.
