What to expect when you call

We’ll take the time to understand your situation and talk you through your options.

We can:

Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm

To apply for a mortgage, you'll need to meet the following:

  • Be aged between 18 and 75, or up to 85 depending on your circumstances
  • Be a permanent UK resident, or have indefinite right to remain
  • Be looking to buy in Wales or England
For specific mortgage types:
  • Buy to Let - no more than 3 mortgaged Buy to Let properties, including this one
  • Holiday Let - no more than 2 mortgaged Holiday Let properties, including this one

How to get a mortgage with us

  • Find out how much you can borrow

    Call us to find out how much you could borrow and get a Decision in Principle (DIP) in around 30 minutes.

  • Apply for a mortgage

    We can book you in for a full application over the phone. This will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  • Get a mortgage offer

    We aim to get you an offer within 15 working days. We’ll complete a credit check and home valuation first.

  • Complete your mortgage

    Exchange contracts and get ready to move. The date will be set once all legal work is complete.

What you might want to know

You’ll need to know:

  • Current income and outgoings for all applicants.
  • Price of the home you wish to buy.
  • How much you have to put towards the home

You’ll need:

  • 3 of your most recent payslips.
  • Your UK address history for the last 3 years.
  • Details of your outgoings.
  • Information about your current finances including any debts, hire purchases or loans.

You’ll receive a mortgage illustration and offer by email from our mortgage advisors.
