Supporting affordable housing

Helping you provide affordable housing throughout Wales

We support the Welsh Government Housing Agenda by lending to Registered Social Landlords, including Housing Associations throughout Wales.

As part of this commitment, we have introduced loan funding for up to 25 years.

To support housing associations fund their sustainability agenda, we also offer secure lower borrowing costs if they can deliver on mutually agreed environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives. 

This funding is available to support both the development of new homes and retrofitting existing properties in line with the Welsh Government’s and our own net zero carbon ambitions.
