Supporting affordable housing

Helping Housing Associations provide affordable housing.


We support the Welsh and UK Government Housing Agenda by lending to Housing Associations. 


As part of this commitment, we have introduced loan funding for up to 25 years.


This funding is available to support both the development of new homes and retrofitting existing properties in line with the Welsh and UK Government’s and the Society's net zero carbon ambitions.
