To support residential developments, we’ll fund greener builds through our £20 million Green Development Fund.
You don’t have to be planning a fully carbon neutral build to qualify for our Green Development Fund.
We’ll support developers who are making more sustainable steps towards a greener future with some attractive green incentives.
Supporting small and medium developers
Our £50 million Welsh Small Medium Enterprise (SME) Residential Fund is available to smaller and medium sized residential developers based in Wales. The minimum scheme size is £1.5 million gross development value. We can offer up to 75% of the loan to cost.
Our specialist residential development team can provide indicative terms of support within 7 working days and an offer letter in 15 working days.
