We’re proud to have collaborated with our long-standing client, Claremont Finesse, on a fifth development. We provided £3.265 million to support their development project, Orchard Walls.

Orchard Walls, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Surrey Hills in the village of Effingham, is a sophisticated gated development of eight modern homes.

The homes in Orchard Walls range from four bedroom detached houses to two bedroom semi-detached residences, with most featuring garages. Located in landscaped grounds, each home has been finished to the highest standards and has a private garden.
