How we helped
Longshore is the latest residential development by Evermôr. Known for blending contemporary design with exceptional locations and environmental sustainability, this development of fifteen sustainable, design-led, family homes work in harmony with the beautiful costal environment.
Principality Commercial are pleased to have provided funding to Evermôr on this fantastic residential development just above the award-winning Aberporth beach in West Wales.
Gareth Jones, Managing Director of Evermôr said:
“Evermôr decided to partner with industry leading Principality Building Society on this project as we know how they appreciate the challenges associated with property development and are fully supportive of the developer through the whole process. All successful partnerships revolve around the strength of those relationships and we have had a very enjoyable experience with all of the staff involved at Principality and will most certainly be discussing future business with them”.
More about this project
Situated on Ffordd Newydd, Longshore presents a collection of two, three, and four-bedroom family homes, each offering breathtaking views across the Irish Sea. Nestled beside a fully preserved, established woodland, these homes feature private gardens and secure, off-road parking. The unique blend of sustainable design, superior craftsmanship, luxurious details, and this exceptional location sets Longshore apart.
Evermôr’s dedication to creating beautiful homes while prioritising environmental sustainability is intrinsically aligned to our core business strategy of creating more sustainable homes. The stunning properties are powered by air source heat pumps, and optional electric vehicle charging points are available to homeowners.
Chester Morgans, Assistant Portfolio Manager at Principality Commercial said:
"We are delighted to have worked with Evermôr in funding this spectacular development in a beautiful West Wales village. We are committed to help drive the sustainability of the developments we fund, and Longshore is a shining example of how the developer can build in a sustainable way and the ultimate owner can also live in an energy efficient manner."
Through the Fair Chance scheme, three homes were allocated to local key workers at affordable rates. The remaining twelve were exclusively offered to local buyers for six months, resulting in over 50% being sold to residents and those with strong local ties. This initiative generated significant community interest.
