We’re proud to have funded Priory Gardens’ luxury development in Ewenny with property development company Westacres, an associate company of Morganstone Ltd.

More about this project

The development sits on land that once formed part of the Ewenny Priory estate, dating back to the 12th century. It is comprised of five new houses, each with substantial living space and a garden. The Ewenny River runs close by to the development, which is just a few miles from the historic market town, Cowbridge.

 

The houses are all detached and available with four or five bedrooms, including open-plan kitchens, dining and family rooms. All of the properties have now been sold.
