With over 25 years’ experience in the commercial sector, Stephen looks after a range of clients with development and investment needs. He has developed relationships with key influencers in the local business community.

Jan is passionate about the role of housing associations and is committed to supporting them to deliver more affordable housing. Previously working in the social housing sector and corporate banking for many years, Jan understands the challenges associations face.

An expert in development funding, much of Chad’s portfolio across Wales, the South West and South East of England has been in funding new build residential projects.
