Principality Commercial has been working with George Wilson Developments, providing development and investment funding, for over 25 years.
Our most recent collaboration is the development of a new property pre-let to Travis Perkins in Whitstable, Kent.

To support the development of this 17,000 sq. ft trade counter building with an 88,000 sq. ft yard.
As with all projects, there were a number of complexities in this development including, on the legal side, access to the site and development of surrounding areas and, on construction, the reinforcing of the large yard area.
The development is now fully complete and being let to Travis Perkins Trading Company Limited.
