Our Commercial Lending Base Rate

Following the reduction in the Bank of England’s base rate on February 6 2025, Principality Building Society’s Commercial Lending Base Rate (CLBR), applicable to some of our commercial clients, will go down from 6.75% to 6.50% on the 1st March 2025.
