Our Commercial Lending Base Rate
Following the reduction in the Bank of England’s base rate on December 18 2025, Principality Building Society’s Commercial Lending Base Rate (CLBR), applicable to some of our commercial clients, will go down from 6.00% to 5.75% on the 1 January 2026.
