New affordable housing in Abergavenny

We’re proud to have provided £5 million in funding for new homes in Llanfoist Village, Abergavenny, developed by Candleston, a subsidiary of Melin Homes, a housing association.

It has been great to see the residents move into their new homes, and we look forward to the completion of phases two and three over the next 12 months. More about this project

In total, the development consists of 69 residential homes and 37 affordable homes for local communities. Finished to a modern and high quality standard, the houses range from two to five bedroom properties, with terraced, semi-detached and detached housing.
