Founded in 1999, Fernham Homes is a developer of exceptional homes in Kent with a commitment to quality and the highest sustainability standards.

Over the past 6 years, Principality Commercial has provided residential development funding  which has supported Fernham Homes’ growth and development, including the prestigious West Malling development and a nineteen home development in Sissinghurst.

The West Malling development is an exclusive community of ten luxurious homes ranging from four to five bedrooms, each inspired by local materials, colours, and style. With Principality Commercial's investment of over £6 million, this project is set to become a landmark in the local community.
